Testimonials I believe in the Labor – Management process. Cooperation between Labor and Management promotes better employee morale and increased productivity. The union shopped around and found the ECOL.M best fit our needs. Management and the Union agreed to be trained by ECOLM, within six (6) months of signing a previous contract.
